Chocoholics can join Patisserie Chef Stefano Borella at Italian cookery school La Cucina Caldesi for his Chocolate Box Workshop on Sunday 11 February. Pupils will learn the qualities and secrets of the ingredient, make their own hand rolled chocolates, truffles and more, as well as taking home a box of their creations which they can enjoy later. The course will run from 10am to 1pm and costs £100 per person.
