Gordon Ramsay opens first pub

On the 26 March, Gordon Ramsay opened his first pub, The Narrow in Limehouse. Located in a Grade II listed building on the edge of the Thames, The Narrow has fantastic views over the River Thames. The ground floor is divided into a bar area and a dining room, The first floor has a private dining room, the concept of which is 'The Captain's Table'. The menu at Narrow focuses on classic British dishes based on seasonal dishes. These include London Particular - pea and ham soup, potted Cromer crab with granary toast, cock-a-leekie pie with mash and braised Gloucester pig cheeks with bashed neeps. British and overseas beers are on offer together with selected draught bitters and guest beers. There will also be a wide selection of bottle beers, wines and cocktails.
