New Japanese restaurant opens in Soho

So Restaurant and Bar has recently opened on Soho's Warwick Street. Showcasing  the finest cuisine from Japan combined with traditionally westen ingredients, So Restaurant's east meets west dishes provide a truly unique dining concept. Starters include salmon mi-cuit, Scottish salmon partially cooked served with capers, ikura and houjicha powder, tebesaki, crispy fried French chicken wings dipped in a soy, sesame and white wine sauce and foie gras, fresh fois gras with sauteed Japanese mushrooms.
