Britannia Hotels has refurbished its main Manchester property with traditional style décor and a number of additional amenities that help make it an ideal city centre hotel for many, with easy access to attractions and the airport.
As a Grade II listed building, The Britannia Manchester Hotel already boasts a tremendous amount of character, with the recent refurbishment adding to the property's allure.  The Grand Staircase, a balconied stairway extending throughout the hotel, has been repainted and restored to its former glory with the public areas surrounding the staircase now featuring plush new carpets.
All 363 guest bedrooms have been updated with new carpets, as well as new duvets replacing the sheets and blankets that were formally the norm at the hotel. Tasteful, neutral colours adorn the walls of the rooms and new doors with key card locks have also been added.

New furniture has also been added to the in-house Crompton's French Restaurant while the Pizzeria Restaurant has been restyled. Following these refurbishments, Britannia Hotels' Manchester property also looks to become a leading corporate venue, with nine modern conference, meeting and banqueting rooms, capable of catering for up to 250 people.
