Buckinghamshire based live event agency, Evolution Partners, has today announced the acquisition of Audio Visual Solutions.  A new company has been created called Evolution 24, which will be part of the Evolution Group, offering a total live event service from concept to creation.  This development is part of Evolution Group’s long-term growth strategy.

Says Evolution 24’s managing director (also MD of  Evolution Partners), Andi Swain: “As a live events agency, Evolution Partners has always been able to offer our clients a truly creative live event service but we also wanted to be able to offer the full AV service, including dry hire.  Our acquisition of Audio Visual Solutions provides us with an extensive stock of equipment for dry hire; and access to the latest technologies, which will make our live event productions even more cost effective.”

The Evolution 24 board will be made up of Andi Swain; Robert Riddell, former managing director of Audio Visual Solutions, who will take on the role of Head of Finance; and TJ Lane,  Head of Productions.

Robert Riddell: “Clients of both companies including DSGi, AXA , the Metropolitan Police and major hotel brands will substantially benefit from the creation of Evolution 24 as we provide them with a one stop solution for all their event needs.  This will not only make their AV solutions more efficient, through the creation of a dedicated hire desk, but also more cost effective as we combine our equipment stocks and expertise.”

Due to the recent and planned expansion of the company, Evolution will shortly be adding to their office space by taking on a further suite of offices at the Wingbury Business Centre, where they have also increased headcount with new administrative and technical staff
