Tom and Ed Martin open new restaurant bar in Victoria Park

Hot on the heels of their success with The Gun, brothers Tom and Ed Martin have opened their fourth venue, The Empress of India in Victoria Park Village. Situated in Lauriston Road, the site has been given back its original title, so-called after Queen Victoria's additional role as The Empress of India. The modern British menu with European influences is courtesy of head chef Tim Wilson, formerly of The Ivy. There is also a sophisticated take-away service, accessed by its own separate entrance.
