Born in Gothenburg, Sweden, I started my professional life as a model; having the great privilege of working with Helmut Newton on my first assignment upon arriving in London.

I first ventured the other side of the camera in the early seventies and now my passion is creating intimate and personal portraits of people, portraits where the subject does not recognise themselves but others do; and documenting weddings and private events.

We approach each assignment or sitting afresh to capture the essence of the individual or event deliberately avoiding the 'fashionable' gimmicks that will inevitably quickly date; we embrace new technology but still cherish the traditional skills of the photograqphers art.

Many people are uncomfortable in front of a camera but our experience of both sides enables us to create the right environment; relaxed and enjoyable.  Based in the Cotswold town of Tetbury, Gloucestershire, we work on a one-to-one or group basis in our studio or on location; and have worked with clients in the US, Africa, Sweden, the Caribbean, South America and Australia.
