This is a friendly farm holiday complex offering self-catering courtyard appartments or bed and breakfast. The largest single property (all are converted from an 18th Century grain mill) sleeps nine (The Folly), while the other four properties sleep from three to six. The Mill is situated on the Scottish Border where walking, riding and cycling are popular. Ten bikes and ten horse/ponies are available for hire at the Mill itself. Children may also enjoy fishing in the mill stream. Own a pony days, full board riding holidays and livery are also offered here. Baby sitting can be provided and special events can be organised here.
