How did a picturesque, wee, rural village about 30 miles north of Edinburgh become a magnet for discerning music lovers from across the globe¬ It’s all down to The Famous Bein Inn and it’s legendary Concert Room and music memorabilia collection. There are no barriers in the Concert Room. It’s around 60 true music fans seated up close to their favourites urging them on and encouraging them to stretch out and reach new peaks. It’s a two way process. Musicians feed off the audience; the audience feeds off the musicians. It’s informal, it’s relaxed, hell, it’s unique. As for our memorabilia collection, check out our Rock Gallery Bistro with hundreds authentic posters, pictures, signed guitar scratch plates, backstage passes and more from loads of the biggest names and most influential artists in the last 40 years of music. We’ve had people in tears of excitement when they see our collection. Thankfully we’ve been able to offer them a stiff drink to calm them down. And look at the musicians we’ve hosted at The Famous Bein Inn! The cream of classic rock, blues, folk and Americana from the last 40 years.
