Cambridge on Ice – back by popular demand

Ice skating under the stars, laughter & fun with friends and family, luxurious hot chocolate or spicy mulled wine – Cambridge on Ice is back!

Come and glide or twirl around the ice - which this year is 50% bigger - and enjoy all the thrills of outdoor skating at Cambridge’s best winter attraction. Located on historic Parkers Piece, Cambridge on Ice is open every day between 15 November and 4 January 09 – pausing only for a break on Christmas Day. That’s a full seven weeks of skating fun!

New for this year – and for the first time in Cambridge - the ice rink will host an authentic German Christmas Market. From 12-21 December, come and visit the 21 traditionally decorated log-cabin stalls beside the rink and stock up on unusual Christmas decorations, sweet and savoury Christmas treats, wines and festive drinks.

By popular demand, we have also introduced Parent and Toddler sessions - 9am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday - and Silver Skater sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 9am for senior citizens who may want to hone their skating skills at a gentler pace.
