Under the name Confident Cooking, Caroline Yates runs cookery courses from the large, modern kitchen of her renovated manor farm house. Through these courses, participants have the opportunity to learn new cooking techniques and skills, pick up tips, acquire the know-how to plan a menu, cook and present it with ease and inspirationand much, much more.

The courses, which are run in a professional but friendly, relaxed manner, are designed to bring out the best in the novice and expand the repertoire of the more experienced. By using interesting combinations of easily available, fresh ingredients, new flavours are introduced which reflect a lighter style of cooking. Modern European, Oriental and Asian dishes are taught with emphasis on imaginative forms of presentation.
