Gilboa Barn is an eye-catching conversion of a traditional Cotswold barn. Originally part of the Charlton Park estate, it has been a private residence for more than a decade. Positioned in an idyllic rural position, yet only a short distance from the historic market towns of Malmesbury and Tetbury, it offers the rare combination of tranquillity, with the option of both an enticing array of good local shops and restaurants and a variety of interesting places to visit.

The Barn is designed and decorated in a contemporary manner that portrays a clean modern finish while retaining reference to the traditional architecture. Large windows on both sides of the building offer tremendous light.

The ground floor comprises a large family kitchen with Aga, adjacent to which is a well appointed dining room. There is also a sitting room with wood burning stove, study, utility room and WC. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, a bunk room which sleeps 4 and a further bathroom. In the attic there two twin bedrooms with WC. Up a separate staircase there is another double bedroom with bathroom. Altogether the property comfortably sleeps 12.
