Situated in the beautiful Peak District, close to Dovedale, Ashbourne and Alton Towers, the lovely Hamps Hall is ideally centrally positioned for visitors from all over the UK. (Waterfall is just north of the A523 equidistant from Ashbourne and Leek). Close by, the river Hamps runs into the Manifold Valley a wonderful eight miles plus of cycle paths and walks on an old disused railway track (the railway was short lived and locally known as the line that went from nowhere to nowhere). Hamps Hall has just completed a high class refurbishment to provide a wonderful location for families and groups to escape for a relaxing break. Hamps Hall has the feel of a wonderful cottage. There are some low ceilings (but all are over 6 feet) and exposed beams. All fixtures and fittings are of the highest standard.

In summary the accommodation provides:- Sleeps 20 (NB Sleeps up to 38 if combined with Hamps Barns). Nine bedrooms; 4 x double, 4 x twin, 1 x family (sleeps 4). Five bathrooms/shower rooms. Dining table seats 20 (NB tables for up to 40 in one room when hiring both properties). Full central heating. Bed linen, big fluffy towels, central heating, electricity and firewood, all included in the price. Dressing up box and dolls house for the little ones, plus Xbox console, TV, DVD, Hifi, games, books and CDs. Up to 5 acres of fields to enjoy. Barbeque. Plenty of free parking. Football, badminton and tennis nets (not a real tennis court but good enough for a knock about!). Games room with table tennis, table football, and air hockey. Beautiful walks straight from the front door (great pub ½ mile). Please note that Hamps Hall is a no smoking property
