This is a luxury single storey property set in its own private grounds with spectacular views from every room. This is an ideal property for a special family celebrations. It has also been assessed by the National Accessible Scheme and is rated as Mobility 1. Kitchen/Dining Room  A modern fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, fridge freezer and washer dryer. A large Range cooker with two full size ovens is the focal point, ideal for cooking a big celebration meal or...you could let our chef cook for you. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils and gadgets you may need. There are champagne glasses as well as wine glasses for that special celebration. This leads to a large dining table room enough for 16 people with amazing views out over the valley. Conservatory  Large conservatory, which is the main sitting room and has views out over the garden and the valley. French windows open out to the patio and garden. For added luxury the floor has underfloor heating. The main television and DVD player are also here along with information on lots of places to visit. Second small sitting Room This is a lovely place to sit and look out over the garden and the hills beyond, or perhaps to read one of the large selection of books. Rectory Suite and Star Coppice Suite  Both these bedrooms have four poster beds with ensuite shower rooms, and for added luxury they are 6 foot wide! Rectory Suite is ideal for a cot, and also has a TV in the room. Star Coppice Suite has been assesses as Mobility 1 under the National Accessible Scheme. Ragleth and Darby Rooms These are two twin bedrooms with beautifully co-ordinated throws and cushions. Lilywood and Whitefields Rooms These two bedrooms have the flexibility of each being either 3 single beds or a 6 foot double and a single. There is also a TV in each room. Bathrooms/Shower rooms In adition to the two ensuite shower rooms there is the main bathroom which has a bath with an overhead shower, along with a toilet and wash basin. There is also a hairdryer stored here. There is another separate shower and toilet next to one of the twin bedrooms. All the bathrooms are equipped with two rolls of toilet paper, soap and shampoo/showergel. The Garden Pendennis is set on its own with a large enclosed garden, ideal for families. There is a BBQ and garden furniture which is perfect for al fresco dining. The swimming pool is at the end of the garden and is open April-October.  Garden  Pendennis is surrounded by about half an acre of private enclosed garden. It is a wonderful place for ball games, children love all the space to run around. There is a BBQ and garden furniture so you can enjoy some al fresco dining. The views from this garden are stunning. Parking Plenty of off road parking is available on the property's private driveway, enough for up to 8 cars. Swimming Pool Our covered heated swimming pool open during the summer months is next to Pendennis. It is ideal for children. Toy Box etc. for our youngest guests We have a cot and high chair for our youngest guests. If you need more than one cot and high chair we will do our best to supply them. We also have a toy box and some board games for the children. Little Extras In every bathroom there is soap, and shampoo/shower gel. We also have a number of hairdryers. Towels and bed linen are all provided, although please bring your own towels for the pool. If there is anything you have forgotten we will do our best to help. Music & books at Pendennis There is a radio CD player at Pendennis plus a large selection of books. What else is includedŽ Fresh linen and soft towels Electricity & heating Maps and guides of the area Milk, eggs, a homemade cake and some wine Basic supplies: toilet rolls, kitchen roll, soap, washing up liquid and cleaning products. If there is anything else you need please ask and we will do ur best to accommodate your request. Arrival and Departure Arrival time: Pendennis will be ready for you at 4pm on the day of your arrival. Departure: Our cleaners will arrive at 10am on the day of your departure, and can start work in the bedrooms while you finish breakfast. If you would like to arrive/depart at a different time please let me know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
