Plumber Manor has been in my family since the 17th century and we have run it as a country house hotel for over thirty years. It is a comfortable Jacobean Manor House built of local stone and situated in the heart of Thomas Hardy's Vale of Dairies.

The beautiful Dorset countryside, long sloping lawns and Divelish Stream running through the grounds create a wonderful setting where we hope our guests can truly unwind and enjoy their surroundings.

Plumber Manor has a small conference room, which seats up to 12 round the table or 20 theatre style. Our small conference room seats up to 16 The table can be adjusted to most shapes and we provide flip charts, wall clips, white boards, an overhead projector and screen and access to phone line and power sockets (for Internet/multimedia applications). We will provide tea and coffee throughout the day as requested and a light two course lunch. A three course dinner is included in the tariff for those staying overnight. For groups looking for team building and outdoor pursuit activities we are very happy to arrange these on your behalf and can offer you a wide range of options from quad biking and go karting to clay pigeon shooting and archery.
