This Grade II listed mansion, set in ornate grounds on the edge of Richmond Park, dates back to 1778 and was the home of Winston Churchill in the 1920s. The public room on the ground floor and the formal garden have recently been opened for a wide range of functions. The hire fee covers sole use of the complete ground floor and gardens. This comprises an entrance lobby, marble hall, large ballroom, a sitting room and a panelled dining room.

Wedding Reception Text:

The in-house chef, David Wilson, can advise on any menu requirements from canapes to a banquet. The house also offers a Bride's Room for the day of the wedding from 10am until the event concludes. Hire of the house starts at £1,700 (10am to midnight).
