The School's teaching staff are trained Cordon Bleu professionals with varied experiences, ranging from corporate events both in this country and overseas, ski chalets, shooting lodges to luxury yachts. All teachers currently run their own catering companies. The School has a demonstration area and modern work stations catering for up to eight students. All equipment, including aprons are provided. A full set of recipes are given at the end of each session. The School of Cookery also runs course's for the sixth form of St Mary's Shaftesbury, St Antony's Leweston and Milton Abbey.
