Leisure Venue Description:

ach Cookery School will run for two days and be themed on classic/modern French cuisine - the format inspired by Chef Patron, Alain Roux. Each day will be based on a late lunch that you will take in our private dining room. The meal will be the dishes you cook during the day. Over the two days a small wine tasting session and carvery lesson will be given, together with useful tips on "how to spoil our guests". Students will start their day at 9.00am with a briefing in our private dining room to discuss the format of the course and to run through each recipe. Then it's "aprons on" in our small private kitchen. The school will finish each day around 4.30pm. The Cookery School will be supervised by Alain Roux and run by one of The Waterside Inn's senior Sous Chefs. We recommend students to wear trousers and flat comfy shoes. Aprons will be supplied.
