And around the village of Tomatin there are limitless opportunities to enjoy outdoor sports and leisure activities, from fishing, walking and stalking to golfing, or skiing at Aviemore, Scotland's premier holiday and ski centre. Or visit local whisky distilleries, the famous Loch Ness, Eilan Donan Castle and other historic sites in the area. The renowned salmon river, the Findhorn, flows within 100 metres of Tomatin House and offers exciting salmon fishing right on the doorstep.
